To our valued Pawtanical pups & families, 

Normally, we pride ourselves in being able to ship out and deliver your orders in a timely manner. Our logistics manager Eric loves shipping packages and as you know, he usually is able to pack and fill your order within 24 hours (unless it's a weekend, in which case he typically ships it first thing on Monday morning). 

Unfortunately, due to the BC floods and the ongoing reconstruction/ closure of Highway 1 to Vancouver we are still noticing significant delays with our incoming and outgoing packages. As a result, we kindly recommend that you plan for an additional 3-5 business days to be added to the normal shipping times you may be used to with the Canada Post Expedited Shipping service we typically offer (this includes the free expedited shipping option on orders over $25). While the delay may be less than that, we want to make sure that you are aware of the potential delays we are noticing so you can plan accordingly.

These delays are unfortunately out of our control, however we are dedicated to getting your Pawtanical shipment to you as fast as possible. We also realize life is busy and that sometimes the bottom of the PawDaily bottle creeps up sooner than you expected.

We're currently working on making alternate shipping methods available to you (at an additional charge) for those times where you need your product to arrive faster than our Canada Post Expedited Shipping. If you find yourself in this situation, please select the appropriate shipping option at checkout and we will send accordingly. 

Regardless of what shipping option you choose, Eric will always make sure your order gets packed and dropped off as soon as possible and he continues to be able to ship orders within 24 hours or less from when they're received. Faster shipping options such as Fedex will ensure the fastest delivery while the Xpresspost option will ensure Canada Post prioritizes your shipment to arrive to you faster.
